01
The problem
What does an overseascontent project need?
Entering a new market requires local expression, a steady supply of content and performance testing. Start by defining responsibilities and feedback at each step.
Traditional MCN / KOL buys
Coordinate creative and media
Production, creator publishing and media run on different timelines
Agree on clear testing objectives and feedback
One video does not represent overall performance
In-house overseas teams
Document and reuse production experience
Multi-market projects need different languages and local expressions
Teams need ongoing production and documented test results
Useful scripts and assets should be reusable in future projects
Clipo connects production, publishing and feedback so teams can reuse assets and production experience.

The mechanism
Content production and performance testing
Develop different creative approaches, select directions using local feedback, then test with a small media budget and adjust production and spend.

Pricing calculator
Pick a country, see the base price
Committed impressions = the volume you’re definitely buying this round, priced in full with a guaranteed-delivery commitment. Elastic ceiling = optional headroom you can reserve, only charged when it’s actually delivered — the pricing itself is really scaled pricing for the system’s ongoing output capability.
Unused elastic headroom is never charged; tiers aren’t merged across countries — each tier only counts impressions that actually fall into it.

Pricing & rate structure
How is pricing calculated?+
Pricing is tiered by country and by impression volume, in USD per 1,000 impressions (CPM). Each country has its own pricing ladder: 0–10M is the base tier, with unit price declining at each tier above it; pricing across countries is independent and never merged.
How do “committed impressions” and the “elastic ceiling” relate?+
Committed impressions are the volume you’re definitely buying this round, priced in full and covered by the delivery guarantee. The elastic ceiling is reserved headroom, only billed once it’s actually delivered — unused headroom is never charged.
Roughly how much does 1M impressions cost?+
Multiply the target country’s base-tier CPM by the impression volume — e.g. the UK’s base tier is roughly $10/1,000, so 1M impressions ≈ $10,000. Use the calculator above for a live, country-specific estimate; for reference only.
Engagement stages & ramp-up
What’s the minimum for a first engagement?+
The minimum entry point is a single-country POC: 30 days, 1 country, from ¥50K, including ≥100 content variants, 5–10 local KOC accounts, and localized review & publishing. It’s a standalone validation package and isn’t automatically converted into any later multi-country engagement.
What happens after the POC is validated?+
You move into multi-country scale-up, with a starting budget from ¥150–200K (roughly 10M+ impressions): confirm the country mix and impression targets, replicate the structure validated in the first country, and keep racing content in the new markets. Each country is still calculated on its own CPM ladder and then rolled up — the exact price depends on the country mix chosen and is confirmed in a formal proposal.
Can impressions across countries be combined?+
No. The country is the smallest purchasing unit — impressions across countries are never merged or shared across discount tiers; each country is priced independently on its own rate card.
Mechanism & performance notes
What makes the impression commitment credible?+
The core is two-round racing: first, hundreds of differentiated content variants are published organically by local KOCs for about 72 hours, with no budget involved, letting the platform do the sorting. Promising directions then get a small-budget re-screen of about 24 hours — only structures that clear both rounds get scaled into formal, paid impression delivery.
Are the 72h / 24h windows fixed?+
They’re reference timings, not fixed deadlines. The actual observation window depends on whether the sample size is sufficient, how fast the platform returns data, and the SOW; the method improves validation efficiency but doesn’t guarantee any single piece goes viral or a fixed CPM.
What if committed impressions aren’t delivered within the window?+
The results-based delivery mechanism sets an agreed guaranteed-impression target; if it’s not met, Clipo makes up the shortfall for free, at no extra charge. The definition of qualifying impressions and the make-good window follow the formal SOW.
Other common questions
Do we have to supply our own footage?+
Not necessarily. If you have existing footage, it can go straight into re-editing and multilingual variation. With zero footage, a fully AIGC production pipeline is also supported — script first, AIGC-generated reference images, shot breakdown, and bulk mixed-cut production — enabling delivery from day one of launch.
Can case-study numbers be applied directly to my project?+
No, not directly. Case data reflects the actual scale achieved by that specific project under its own budget, timeline and attribution methodology. Conditions differ across projects, and none of it constitutes a performance guarantee for a new client.
What’s included in the price?+
Content variant production, local KOC account publishing, and the impressions generated under the two-round racing validation mechanism. It excludes any additional paid media budget, the client’s own team execution costs, and platform ad-account fees — exact boundaries follow the SOW.
